Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee PPC campaigns on various platforms.
- Continuously track campaign performance and optimize to attract quality traffic and meet lead or acquisition targets.
- Evaluate campaign data and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to obtain or provide briefs for advertising materials.
- Oversee campaign budgets, audience segmentation, bidding tactics, and conduct A/B testing to improve results.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to advertising guidelines and platform-specific rules.
- Recognize successful campaigns and scale them while efficiently controlling acquisition expenses.
Requirements and Skills
- Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, ideally in finance, technology, or online services sectors.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality, converting traffic in digital retail or e-commerce settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or related discipline; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Preferred industry certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in analyzing campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with quick, data-driven decision-making skills.
- Detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
