Your Mission as a Sales Account Manager
As an Account Manager with Alhadathah Telecom Informatics, your primary mission is to spearhead the growth of the Smart Solutions business line. You will play a crucial role in developing strategic relationships, understanding client needs, and crafting solutions that deliver unparalleled value. Your efforts will directly impact AlHadathah's success, driving revenue growth and ensuring our solutions meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Sales Account Manager
- Develop strategic account plans to secure new clients and grow business within designated territories.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client challenges and tailor Smart Solutions offerings accordingly.
- Present persuasive proposals and demos that highlight the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring superior service and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, pipeline development, and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Smart Solutions' competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure cohesive and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Sales Account Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field, with a preference for specialization in control and communication.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the telecom and tech industries, including an Account Manager role or similar.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing key client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with IoT, cloud services, and data analytics.
- Knowledge or experience with tech company certifications, particularly in IoT, is highly desirable.
