Job responsibilities:
1. Managing and servicing a portfolio of existing customer’s accounts and maximize revenue generation, whilst identifying and developing new clients including international and local customers, and ISPs in the region to help the business to gain greater market share.
2. Develop new clients in telecom market in the territory of France and Francophonie by selling products and services based on global network with exclusive advantages of high-quality connection from Europe to Asia.
3. Accomplishing sales and margin target by selling products and services of the Company including IPLC/IEPL, MPLS-VPN, DIA, IP-transit, data center and IT integrated solutions etc. in the region assigned.
4. Builds and maintains effective good relationships and a high level of satisfaction with direct decision makers of clients Coordinate the execution or implementation of orders by clients and ensure the delivery with high quality and good service to satisfy clients.
5. Working closely with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude sales projects by following sales policies, practices, and procedures.
6. Be responsible for all relevant issues within Account Manager Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
7. Fulfill all working targets including sales target set by director.
Requirements of the candidates:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Strong sales experience and project management skill, ideally focusing on wholesale or enterprise business within telecom fields.
3. Knowledge of telecom products and services.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural communication skills.
5. Overall logical and strategic thinking mind, self-motivated worker as well as team player.
6. Be familiar with local culture and business aspect.
7. Familiar with telecom market, customer resources to be considered with preference.
8. Language skills: fluent English French in spoken and written Chinese language will be a plus.
