Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Sportsbook Affiliate Manager who’d like to join the affiliate team of a profitable iGaming business, supporting the success of multiple online casino brands operating across Europe, Canada, New Zealand.
Reporting to and working together with the Head of Acquisition Marketing, the primary focus of this role will be to build long term affiliate relationships as well as to optimize and grow the revenue generated from affiliates in your dedicated markets
Location: Hybrid – Malta - St. Julian's
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sportsbook Affiliate Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Have a strong existing network of sportsbook affiliate contacts
- Experience working with curacao and/or Kahnawake licenses
- Monitor the affiliate competitive landscape to constantly identify new marketing opportunities
- Create and negotiate strategic partnerships to deliver revenue growth
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance based on standard KPIs such as conversion rate and player value
- Manage and improve existing relationships with key partners, helping to identify ways to grow acquisition volumes and player quality.
- Identify and cultivate top performers, and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
- Recruit and manage top affiliates with high levels of targeted traffic
- Negotiate exposure of deals with existing affiliates
- Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenue
- Collaborate with the internal operational and creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
- Support larger affiliates with marketing material, landing pages and tracking links
- Liaise with the affiliate team to ensure all efforts maximize overall strategy and global objectives
- Attend Affiliate Conferences and constantly develop network of affiliate contacts
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience working as casino affiliate manager required
- Effectively manage and own project timelines and business targets
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Strong analytical / reporting skills with the ability to make data-justified business decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the business.
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken, any additional language will be considered as an asset
