As a Media Operations Specialist, you will have a significant role in the company, ensuring adherence to both client requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
As a Media Operations Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the adherence to advertising regulations and standards across all campaigns and platforms.
- Coordinating and managing efforts to ensure compliance in advertising practices.
- Continuously monitoring the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
- Verifying that all criteria are satisfied during the launch of new brands.
- Carrying out post-launch reviews to evaluate brand success and overall performance.
- Conducting daily assessments of affiliate brands to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Supporting innovation efforts and testing processes within advertising frameworks.
- Analysing key performance indicators in advertising and understanding consumer behaviour to uncover patterns and potential opportunities.
- Tracking and reviewing advertising campaign performance data, refining strategies to enhance outcomes.
- Designing and implementing A/B testing experiments, interpreting data to extract actionable insights.
- Applying automation strategies and processes aimed at continuous improvement in advertising operations.
- Collaborating creatively to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of advertising efforts.
- Establishing performance benchmarks and developing case studies to support advancements in advertising technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with data management and workflows.
- Enthusiasm for working with data to generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to communicate and ensure adherence to guidelines across teams.
- An interest in online content management and understanding web traffic patterns.
