You will work closely with stakeholders to craft and implement campaign strategies, using insights from previous campaigns, ROI assessments, and research into new growth channels. Reporting to the Media Team Leader, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with data and possesses a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
As a Media Buyer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the creation, launch, and ongoing optimisation of digital media campaigns across different models (PPC, CPM, CPA, CPL) for mobile and desktop channels.
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimise campaigns to enhance performance.
- Oversee budget management and bidding strategies to ensure maximum results.
- Generate reports and conduct daily analyses to track campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure campaigns meet objectives and align with broader strategies.
- Identify and act on emerging trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director of Media Buying to help drive growth through paid media channels.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging channels, tools, and industry best practices.
- Proactively seek new opportunities to expand paid media initiatives.
Requirements:
- A marketing or technology-related degree/certificate is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with at least one of the following digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, or a Programmatic Display DSP.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar, with a keen eye for data analysis.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility in working hours when required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Google UAC is a bonus.
