Responsibilities:
As an Advertising Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage multiple aspects of advertising operations, including planning, execution, optimisation and reporting to achieve business goals.
- Assist with yearly business planning, setting targets and managing budgets for multiple brands.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored to different markets and brands.
- Plan and execute PPC strategies across a variety of digital marketing platforms.
- Continuously monitor, analyse and optimise online media commitments to drive performance improvements.
- Prepare monthly evaluation reports that assess results against business KPIs, offering insights into ROI.
- Collaborate with media publishers, external agencies, freelancers, and other stakeholders for effective execution.
- Coordinate with designers and agencies to create compelling creative briefs for campaigns.
- Assist in the preparation and go-to-market strategy for new brands.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to advertising tools and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Proactively seek growth opportunities and stay updated on market trends to optimise campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably within the iGaming industry (multi-market experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, buying models (CPC, CPM, CPA), and performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
- Proficiency in paid digital marketing platforms like Google, META, Telegram, and Programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with analytics and data visualisation tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for detailed reporting and analysis.
- Self-motivated, results-focused, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
