Your Mission as an HR Manager
As the HR Manager at BSISP, you will lead our human resources department, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace while managing a team of employees. Your role will involve shaping HR strategies and policies that align with our business goals and foster a positive work environment.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an HR Manager
- Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) on strategic HR planning.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs effectively.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an HR Manager
- 5+ years of general HR experience, including 3+ years in a related role. Experience working in the IT or telecom industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field HR-related majors preferred, A master’s degree or advanced is preferred.
- Any HR certifications (e.g., SHRM) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
