As our Workplace Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our Malta office, while also lending support to our other office hubs in Marbella, the Isle of Man, and beyond, depending on what the business needs. Your mission? To make every day at the office a great experience! From handling essential admin and office operations to organizing internal events, you’ll play a big role in creating a lively and welcoming workplace culture.
You’ll work closely with the Workplace Experience team and the wider People Workplace Division to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take the lead on various operational and cultural initiatives, keeping the energy high and the experience seamless for everyone. As the go-to person from the Workplace Experience team at Yolo Group, you'll embody our fun, fast, and fair culture, bringing it to life in every corner of the office.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Taking care of the daily admin and operational needs of your assigned office hubs.
- Managing supplies, organising parking, handling packages, and keeping workspaces arranged to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work.
- Supporting with occupational health safety related matters in your dedicated hubs.
- Overseeing access management by issuing and updating access cards, working closely with building administrators and our Security team to keep security in line with company policies.
- Planning both small and large events for employees—from booking venues to managing logistics.
- Keeping the essentials stocked by coordinating weekly orders with vendors for food, drinks, and supplies.
- Building and managing vendor relationships.
- Helping to onboard new team members and offboard those moving on.
- Working closely together with our global Workplace Experience team.
- Working closely with other teams, like Property, TechOps, and People, to stay aligned on projects and provide updates where needed, and jump into extra projects as they arise.
✔️ What we expect from you
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fast-paced iGaming or tech industry, ideally supporting international offices and working in a hybrid setup.
- Experience in organising internal events, from planning through to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building positive connections across teams and locations.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to make independent decisions, set priorities, and follow through on tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Maltese.
- Ability to respond to unexpected situations, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
