Responsibilities:
As a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop, test, debug, and troubleshoot containerised infrastructure.
- Ensure all solutions are well-engineered, maintainable, and delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deploy new infrastructure on the Azure cloud platform.
- Monitor system availability, latency, and overall health, including managing incidents and changes.
- Work with cloud solution providers to explore and implement various potential solutions.
- Actively document infrastructure and maintain accurate and up-to-date records over time.
- Foster a collaborative team learning environment through mentorship and technical leadership.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Linux system engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience deploying distributed applications with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building infrastructure on Azure.
- 2+ years of developing infrastructure and application security for gaming industry solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with scripting or programming languages.
- 1+ year of development experience in configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Proficiency with TCP/IP networking protocols and components as implemented in IaaS (e.g., virtual networks, load balancers, route tables, security groups).
- A continuous learner and critical thinker.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
