✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and efficiently organized financial records, in line with accounting principles and company policies, while rigorously ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Performing in-depth analysis of financial data to evaluate the company's financial status, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for financial enhancement and strategic planning
- Taking a lead role in the development and delivery of detailed financial reports, both routine and special working closely with the Finance team to deliver critical insights and analysis to senior management
- Overseeing the monthly and annual financial closing processes responsible for the accurate preparation of complex journal entries, detailed account reconciliations, and comprehensive financial result analysis to ensure integrity and completeness of financial statements
- Coordinating and refining the creation, preparation, and revision of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) and essential documentation for internal and external audits
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing timely invoicing, payments, and meticulous reconciliation of all transactions
- Leading the budget preparation process and engaging in advanced financial forecasting and variance analysis to support proactive strategic decision-making and robust financial planning
- Maintaining current knowledge of accounting regulations and standards internationally but also locally adapting and refining financial processes to align with evolving regulatory demands
- Supervising the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prompt dispatch to maintain favourable client relations
- Managing and supervising more junior staff.
✔️ What we expect from you
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, with a proven track record of handling a broad range of accounting activities
- A degree in finance, accounting, or an equivalent qualification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of explaining financial information clearly and concisely
- A keen eye for detail, precision, and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of financial data management and reporting
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Proactive and analytical mindset, with robust problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions based on comprehensive financial analysis
- The highest levels of integrity, honesty, and ethical standards, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all financial matters
- Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
