Our client is setting up a new media buying team in Malta, with a mission to acquire high-value media placements across some of the world’s largest digital platforms.
Role Overview:
As the Media Buying Team Lead, you will guide a dynamic team of three as they explore innovative strategies for client media investments. This is a hands-on role focused on strategic expansion, vendor relationships, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:
As a Media Buying Team Lead, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead and mentor a team focused on innovative media buying strategies.
Test new products, platforms, and markets to gauge their potential.
Oversee negotiations with publishers, supporting team members in closing strategic deals.
Develop regional market expansion plans.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust existing deals for optimal results.
Train and support the team in assessing publisher suitability.
Leverage advanced tools to evaluate traffic quality and publisher value.
Create tailored strategies to optimise pricing.
Play a key role in recruiting and developing this new team.
Requirements:
This position requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising space. Previous experience in the iGaming sector is highly advantageous.
