Your Mission as a Sales Manager
Your primary mission as the Sales Manager will be to drive sales within the sector, specifically focusing on increasing market penetration and revenue. You will oversee a team of sales agents, lead the development of effective sales strategies, and ensure your team consistently meets or exceeds their targets. The role will require strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership to secure the company's growth objectives.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Sales Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail outlets.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports and recommend actions to enhance results.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the commercial department to align sales initiatives with broader business strategies.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Sales Manager
- 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years of managerial experience, ideally in telecom or similar industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and a background in sales strategy and management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the telecom sector, specifically prepaid services. Prior experience in MST technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Openness to travel within the region is necessary.
