Your Mission as a Reservoir Engineer
In this role, you'll apply your reservoir engineering expertise to aid in delivering safe, effective, and cutting-edge products and services. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting project life cycles, and optimizing reservoir performance to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and reduce environmental footprint.
Key Responsibilities and Duties as a Reservoir Engineer
- Engage in reservoir management tasks, including performance monitoring, data analysis, and simulation modeling.
- Offer technical support tailored to reservoir engineering throughout the Sales, Product, and Service Delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate on reservoir engineering job designs, incorporating the latest in technology and methods.
- Innovate with new, cost-effective techniques specific to reservoir optimization.
- Provide expertise to enhance the technical aspects of service delivery, with a keen eye on maximizing resource development.
- Offer real-time support and incident response within your area of expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on the reservoir engineering discipline.
Qualifications and Skills Required for Success as a Reservoir Engineer
- Solid industry experience with a mix of both operating and service companies would be preferable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a similar field.
- Demonstrable skills in reservoir engineering software and technical report writing.
- Strong communication abilities paired with adept time management.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, open to candidates of all nationalities and genders.

Working Days Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.

Location: The role is based in an office setting in Benghazi. However, be prepared for occasional call-outs over weekends as operational needs arise.
