To support their continued expansion, they are seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to join their Malta office and strengthen operations.

Responsibilities:
As an Affiliate Manger, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Identify and nurture top affiliates, creating incentive programs to reward key partners.
Design and implement monthly promotions and communications targeting affiliate marketers.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages and improve marketing and merchandising efforts through the affiliate network.
Develop strategies for affiliate recruitment and marketing campaigns for the affiliate program.
Implement initiatives aimed at improving the quality and output of key affiliate partners.
Represent the affiliate team at industry events, staying informed about the latest trends and developments.
Manage relationships with key affiliates, while also growing small to medium affiliates to increase their contributions.
Work closely with the internal marketing team to expand affiliate business within the target markets.
Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, participating in both local and international meetings as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management within any industry.
Experience in iGaming, especially in affiliation, is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Analytical, organised, and driven by data, with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire others when needed.
Fluent in English proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
Enthusiastic, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
