We are seeking a proactive and sales-driven Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key relationships, optimising marketing materials and driving the overall success of campaigns and business growth.

Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee communication and updates with key partners to meet targets related to reach, revenue and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns and related content, providing insights to improve outcomes.
- Negotiate and secure high-value deals within the iGaming industry.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to expand a diverse client portfolio.
- Formalize partnership agreements and provide support during onboarding to accelerate the activation process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in a role focused on mobile agencies or similar environments, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Affise, MyAffiliates, Income Access).
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- A sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to network and build strong B2B relationships.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and working with data.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and solutions-focused with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, showing resilience and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.
