About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and reflective Religious Studies lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering Christian doctrine, scripture, ethics, and a range of world religions.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that encourage critical thinking, discussion, and personal reflection on faith and ethical issues.
- Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and theological reflections, providing constructive feedback to support their spiritual and academic growth.
- Contribute to the broader ethical and moral education of students within the school.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Religious Studies or Theology.
- A strong understanding of Christian theology and the secondary RS curriculum, with a broad knowledge of other world religions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students in meaningful discussions about faith, ethics, and diverse belief systems.
- A commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment for students of all faiths and none.
