About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and varied Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially specialising in one or more areas based on your expertise.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that encourage creativity, experimentation with different media, and critical analysis of artistic works.
- Assess student progress through project work, sketchbooks, and presentations, providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
- Contribute to school art exhibitions and potentially lead extracurricular art clubs or workshops.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art and Design or a related field.
- A strong knowledge of art history, theory, and a range of artistic techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and practical skills, with proficiency in relevant art software or techniques.
- A passion for inspiring students through art and fostering their individual creative expression.
