About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering acting techniques, script analysis, theatre history, and stagecraft.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that encourage improvisation, role-play, and collaborative performance.
- Assess student progress through practical performances, written work, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to extracurricular drama clubs and potentially assist with school productions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related field.
- A strong knowledge of dramatic techniques, theatre history, and play texts.
- Experience in directing or assisting with theatre performances is desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for inspiring students through drama and fostering their creativity.
