Key Responsibilities:
The Business Teacher will
- Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (e.g., GCSE Business, BTEC Business, A-Level Business).
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attainment.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- Uphold all school safeguarding policies.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent.

Experience: Proven ability to teach Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.

Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Business and a commitment to student success.
