We are seeking a passionate and experienced Science Teacher with a strong focus on KS5 delivery (ability to teach at least one science to A-Level) to join our outstanding school. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and potentially take on leadership responsibilities with a TLR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-5, specializing in at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) at A-Level.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Foster a love of science and inquiry-based learning.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment, particularly for KS5 students.
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum, especially at A-Level.
- Potential for TLR responsibilities for the right candidate, particularly in leading KS5 provision.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level, with a strong emphasis on A-Level.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Science curriculum, especially at KS5.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
- Ability to teach at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) to A-Level.
