About the Role:
- Deliver dynamic and engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
- Plan and direct school productions, fostering student involvement in all aspects of theatre.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire creativity and theatrical skills.
- Assess student progress through performances, presentations, and written work.
- Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum and participate in departmental planning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Drama or Theatre Studies.
- Experience teaching Drama to A-Level, with a focus on both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and performance skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
