About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging French lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including A-Level.
- Plan and deliver lessons that are creative, interactive, and culturally rich, utilizing authentic materials and immersive experiences.
- Foster a love of the French language and culture through engaging activities such as film screenings, French exchange programs, and visiting speakers.
- Prepare students for examinations while nurturing their individual talents and encouraging independent learning.
- Actively participate in the wider life of the school community, contributing to extra-curricular activities and pastoral care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong command of the French language (native fluency highly desirable).
- Proven experience teaching French at GCSE and A-Level, with a track record of student success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for French language and culture, and a commitment to inspiring students.
