Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for learning.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear learning goals.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities to contribute to the wider school community.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3 or similar year group).
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
- Passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive and flexible approach.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and best teaching practices.
