Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across KS1.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support pupil progress and well-being.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2).
- A strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to ensuring all pupils reach their full potential.
