A leading primary school in Kensington is seeking a full-time, permanent SEN Teacher to join their SEN provision starting in April 2025. You will be working with small groups of students, providing tailored support in a mainstream classroom setting, ensuring that each child receives the individualized support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Your Role:
🔹 Deliver individualised lessons within a mainstream primary classroom setting
🔹 Assess and monitor the progress of students with SEND and provide ongoing support
🔹 Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each child
🔹 Work alongside parents, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure children receive a holistic approach to their learning
🔹 Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel confident and valued
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ QTS with experience in SEN (ASD, dyslexia, ADHD, etc.)
✔️ Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive education
✔️ Ability to engage and inspire students through creative and adaptive teaching methods
✔️ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✔️ Experience with individual learning plans and EHCPs
