A highly-regarded primary school in West London is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis starting in April 2025. The Role:
- Teaching a Year 4 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Ensuring that all students are provided with opportunities to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.
- Differentiating lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, fostering inclusivity and promoting a growth mindset.
- Using assessment for learning to monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and set appropriate targets for individual students.
- Supporting students’ emotional and social development, promoting positive behavior and creating a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the three-form entry team to share best practices, plan engaging activities, and provide consistent teaching across the year group.
- Engaging with parents through regular communication, providing updates on student progress and fostering a positive home-school partnership.
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Year 4 or similar primary school years.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum, with experience in differentiating lessons and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
- Passionate about providing high-quality education in an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to make a difference in the lives of students.
