Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and sales growth. Your role will include:
- Assisting Senior Campaign Managers with demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels.
- Supporting webinars and small-scale in-person events.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Reviewing and localizing marketing content and assets in German.
- Leading special team projects and reporting on campaign performance using Salesforce and Tableau.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 1-3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience in High-Tech or SaaS, or relevant internships for fresh graduates.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Other Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or project management tools is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges.
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid work model: Mandatory office days on Tuesday and Thursday in Munich.
- Some travel required within Germany.
