We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Professional Services Sales and Delivery teams. This role supports digital marketing and transformation initiatives for our customers using the Digital Marketing Cloud.
As an Operations Analyst, you will split your responsibilities between Resource Management Office (RMO) and Contract Operations functions, with flexibility to adapt to demand peaks. You will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders including Revenue Operations, Deal Assurance, Deal Desk, Legal, Credit and Order Management, and the Vendor Management Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management Office (RMO):
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to forecast mid-to-long-term pipeline demand for Professional Services.
- Ensure resource requests are raised with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support colleagues in using the Employee Resource Planning tool (Microsoft Dynamics), becoming a subject matter expert and sharing knowledge proactively.
- Manage vendor-related tasks such as onboarding/offboarding resources, purchase order governance, and adherence to Adobe standards.
- Generate weekly operational reports covering resource availability, lead times, open requests, and other key performance indicators.
Contract Operations:
- Prepare, create, and process contract amendments (e.g., Project Extensions, Budget Reallocations, Addendums, and Terminations) adhering to Adobe processes.
- Serve as the regional first point of contact for queries related to change order requests, policies, processes, and operational systems.
- Coordinate internal alignment for complex change orders and guide the approval process.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Monitor, report, and ensure accurate project configurations and billing post-contract amendment execution.
General Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of data quality, proactively addressing anomalies or variances with actionable recommendations.
Essential Skills Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance cyclical tasks and ad hoc demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel (pivots, vLookups).
- Fluent in English German proficiency is a strong bonus.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Employee Resource Planning (ERP) tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, and Atlassian JIRA.
