As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Professional Services Sales and Delivery teams. Collaborating with multiple cross-functional departments, you’ll ensure seamless operations and contribute to the success of transformational projects for clients across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Management Office (RMO):

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to forecast mid-to-long-term pipeline demand for Professional Services.

Resource Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate creation of resource requests to build high-performing project teams.

Operational Excellence: Provide daily support and subject matter expertise on the Employee Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics.

Vendor Oversight: Handle vendor onboarding/offboarding, manage purchase orders, and ensure governance aligns with organizational standards.

Data-Driven Insights: Produce weekly reports on RMO operations, covering availability, lead times, open requests, and other critical KPIs.
Contract Operations:

Contract Amendments: Prepare, create, and process amendments for Professional Services contracts, including extensions, reallocations, addendums, and terminations.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary regional contact for change order requests, policies, and system-related queries.

Alignment Approval: Coordinate internal alignment for complex contract changes and support the approval process.

Communication Monitoring: Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, tracking change orders from initiation to closure.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project configuration, ensure accurate billing, and maintain data quality at every step.
