Job Title: Pediatric Physician Recruiter
Location: North Carolina (90% Remote)
Type: 1099 Commission-Based
We’re seeking a dynamic individual with clinical experience to join our team as a Pediatric Physician Recruiter. We are proud to be the hiring partner of KidzCare, the largest provider of outpatient pediatric services in the state of North Carolina.
KidzCare serves over 100 thousand children, regardless of socioeconomic background, resulting in upwards of 500 thousand patient visits each year throughout it's 25 locations.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit pediatricians for the largest pediatric outpatient practice in North Carolina
- Build and nurture relationships with pediatric physicians (MD, DO), nurses (RN), and other healthcare professionals
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience hiring pediatricians
- Firsthand clinical experience
- Passionate about connecting with and supporting your peers in the healthcare field
- Self-motivated and ready to take control of your earnings with a commission-based structure
