This is your chance to become a nighttime hero! You'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our team during the night shift (Monday-Friday, 8PM-4AM). You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust health and safety policies – the foundation for our award-winning customer service!
Here's a glimpse into your nightly routine:

Nighttime Watchdog: Conduct regular safety inspections of the warehouse and equipment, identifying potential hazards (the metaphorical kind, of course!).

Knowledge Sharer: Provide training and guidance to night shift colleagues on health and safety matters, ensuring everyone feels confident in safe working practices and emergency procedures.

Incident Investigator: Investigate accidents and incidents that occur during the night shift, gathering information and helping develop preventative measures to keep everyone safe.

Compliance Champion: Assist in managing health and safety compliance, ensuring we adhere to all legal requirements and company standards.

Safety Advocate: Support the implementation of health and safety initiatives and campaigns specific to the night shift.

Data Defender: Maintain accurate records of health and safety data and statistics for the night shift.

Team Player: Participate in health and safety meetings and committees as required.
To be our nighttime hero, you'll need:
- A basic understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- A meticulous eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep everyone informed and on the same page.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, especially on a night shift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus (but not a must-have!).
- Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate) are highly regarded.
