What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and guide customers to successfully adopt and maximize their use of Adobe products.

Analyze customer needs and challenges, aligning them with Adobe solutions to meet their goals.

Inspire creativity by promoting Adobe products and encouraging customers to innovate.

Deliver workshops and workflow assessments, showcasing the value of Adobe’s solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, aligning their business strategies with Adobe’s solutions.
- Foster product adoption and usage while developing best practices to maximize customer ROI.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and support renewals.
- Conduct regular customer governance meetings to share insights, updates, and results.
What You’ll Bring
- A background in Post-Sales Account Management or subscription-based solutions.
- Knowledge of design workflows and a keen interest in digital trends.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with decision-makers and end-users in enterprise settings.
- A customer-centric approach with a proactive and responsive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- A desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- The ability to work cross-functionally to resolve challenges in a matrixed environment.
