Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safe and Efficient Driving Release Manager to lead our software release process. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to work, a strong quality mindset, and a passion for tackling complex challenges. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the release process and coordinating with our CI/CD pipeline, while also acting as the Product Regulation Compliance Owner (PRCO) for the relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Software Release Process:
- Manage and oversee the software release process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with development Scrum teams to monitor and measure progress, guaranteeing that deliverables meet expectations for content and quality.

Coordinate with CI/CD Pipeline:
- Evolve the release process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with the CI/CD pipeline.

Research and Analyze Methodologies:
- Investigate software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies to determine the best applications for our scope.
Requirements:

Education:
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in software development, with a focus on configuration management or software release processes.
- Experience in applying digital solutions and data analytics to improve workflow and efficiency.
