- Integrate workstreams and contributions from various teams to ensure cohesive system development.
- Play an active role in shaping the technical roadmap during the early development stages.
- Build and maintain a strong network across the organization and external partners, influencing development efforts at multiple sites.
- Lead initiatives to enhance internal competence and contribute to business development within the organization.
- Mentor and educate others, sharing expertise both internally and externally to strengthen technical leadership.
Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years of experience in functional development or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in any of the above-mentioned technical domains.
