We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a talented Head of Digital Marketing and Performance to join our team for the award-winning art and pop culture magazine “boredpanda.com”. Prepare to work for a leading publisher of uplifting stories that cure boredom all over the world!
What You Will Do:
- Be responsible for our marketing strategies - mostly focusing on user acquisition and retention for our biggest publisher
- Constantly test and implement new changes to improve results
- Lead the team of different channel specialists [social media, newsletters, partnerships] and ensure effective performance
- Do constant research and identify new marketing opportunities as well as put processes to make them happen
- Work closely with content teams to ensure both sides performance to the right direction
- Search for the ways to optimize, automate our processes or test new approaches
- Take responsibility for KPI delivery and ensure growth.
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing (Head of Marketing, Head of User Acquisition would be preferred)
- Proven track record driving growth in user acquisition
- Strong leadership ability to manage a team
- Experience with wide range of marketing channels (social media is a must)
- Ability to adjust to changes fast and find innovative ways every time
- Good judgment, competent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).

Salary: 5 500 - 9 100 eur/gross
