As a key part of our Customer Operations Support team, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of dedicated Supply Chain Analysts to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders and shipments for our EMEA customers. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving challenges, and is comfortable working with a diverse set of data and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment Support: Manage the full cycle of order fulfilment, including creating, modifying, and cancelling orders as needed.

Customer Queries: Address transactional queries related to lead times, shipment statuses, and related logistics, providing accurate and timely updates to our valued customers.

Data Reporting Analysis: Support team data reporting activities, including pulling data, analysing reports, and updating dashboards (training provided).

Logistics Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to track shipment statuses and conduct data analysis on logistics performance.

Process Documentation: Develop and document new workflows to streamline processes and support training efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer or product supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.
