For the second largest energy producer and energy supplier in the Belgian market, we are looking for an Contact Center Agents to handle inbound calls related to marketing and loyalty campaigns. The primary goal of the role is to assist customers with energy-related inquiries and guide them through signing contracts. You will compare tariffs between suppliers, help complete contract details, and manage general sales queries. Additionally, the role involves providing customer support through online chat and email, helping new customers calculate prices and finalize contracts.
You will also handle calls from customers who have recently moved, updating their details, answering their questions about billing, and ensuring all contract information is accurate. Outbound calls may be necessary to follow up on incomplete contracts, and some administrative tasks will be required to update client information.
Your role
- Managing inbound calls to help customers sign contracts.
- Comparing energy tariffs and assisting with contract completion.
- Answering general sales questions and redirecting customer care inquiries.
- Managing online chat and email to assist new customers.
- Handling calls from recently moved clients and updating their information.
- Following up on incomplete contracts and performing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Secondary education required.
- Prior contact center experience is an asset.
- Proficiency level of Dutch and French (excellent writing skills needed for chat tasks), and a good command of English.
- PC proficiency, good writing abilities, empathy, self-confidence, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
