Your Mission as a Senior Completion Engineer
As a Senior Completion Engineer, your mission is to manage and oversee well completions operations. You will work in close collaboration with the Drilling Completion Department to develop, approve, and execute the Completion Program. Your leadership in resource planning and training will ensure that all personnel and tools are optimized for safe, efficient, and successful operations.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Senior Completion Engineer
- Collaborating with the DC Department to plan and execute completion operations.
- Developing, reviewing, and securing approval for the Completion Program.
- Managing the allocation of resources, including tools and personnel, for completion tasks.
- Organizing training sessions to maintain team readiness for various operational challenges.
- Overseeing the receipt and inventory planning for completion equipment.
- Leading the installation and testing of completion tools, especially proficient in TRSSSV operations.
- Developing and supervising the testing program for well completion equipment.
- Ensuring compliance through QA/QC processes and conducting risk assessments to mitigate potential operational hazards.
- Applying best practices from global service companies and utilizing the latest technologies in completion operations.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Senior Completion Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in well completions engineering, with a preference for supervisory roles.
- Expertise in managing complex completion operations, including tool installations.

- Knowledgeable in QA/QC processes, testing, and the latest completion technologies.
