Key Responsibilities:

Household Management: Lead daily operations in a luxury, tech-enabled compound, ensuring exceptional standards of service.

Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire a team of 10 staff members, including 3 helpers and 4-5 drivers, fostering teamwork and excellence.

Event Coordination: Manage family-centric and VVIP events, such as birthdays and official government visits, ensuring flawless execution and the highest service levels.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with high-profile vendors for property maintenance, technology systems, and luxury services to maintain seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:
