Role Responsibilites
Our customer is an advisory and fiduciary boutique focused on providing hands-on advice and tailor-made services to its customers.
In this role you will be in charge of:
- Drafting minutes of Board or General Shareholders Meetings as well as any other transactional documentation
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and advisors/notaries, coordination of the deeds (incorporation, amendments)
-Drafting standard corporate documentation, including notarial deeds (incorporations, capital increases and decreases, mergers, liquidations), board resolutions
-Liaising with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS), notaries, lawyers
-Maintaining share registers
- Legalisation and apostille of legal document
Profile
- Fluent in English regarded as essential, French or German considered as an additional asset
- Bac + 2 degree minimum in legal
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in Luxembourg
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and presentation with the ability to deal efficiently with different external counterparts
- Motivated, organised, proactive and flexible individual with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- EU working permit holder
- Burning willingness to actively contribute to a fast developing company
