Job Description
We are seeking a Junior CRM Manager to join a dynamic team in Malta within the fast-growing iGaming sector. This role is perfect for a CRM coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. The Junior CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies, analysing customer data, and optimizing communication channels to drive customer conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Location: Office Based – Malta
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CRM Managers to deliver accurate campaign briefs to content, affiliate, and design teams, ensuring all team members are aligned and prepared to develop compelling marketing materials across various platforms.
- Configure and set up campaigns using the company's main CRM platform and internal promotional tools.
- Manage the launch and testing of campaigns across multiple devices.
Continuously A/B test campaigns to improve open and click-through rates and provide basic performance reports.
- Assist with customer database segmentation to enhance retention strategies.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
- Adhere to data privacy regulations and best practices in CRM activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies.
Perform additional tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in casino CRM management within the iGaming industry.
- Experience with one or more CRM tools, such as Marketing Cloud, Solitics, Brevo, or Customer.io, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging customer experiences.
