Your Role:
- To lead the People Services Team in the delivery of a comprehensive operational HR service (People Services) centred around quality of service and customer experience.
- Actively champion the shared central service across the business, promoting the People Services Team as a credible one-stop shop for generalist HR advice, support, and guidance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Services Team, and support decisions relating to talent, hiring, performance, and disciplinary matters. Actively seek opportunities to assist the team in developing their own HR competence.
- Champion a strong continuous improvement culture within the People Services Team, ensuring the deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardised processes.
- Act as People Service Team SME, aligning HR People Services operations with law, regulations, and company policy.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
CIPD qualification to level 5.

Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.

Experience:
Experienced and credible HR professional with demonstrable experience working in a shared service environment, as well as sound, proven knowledge of employment legislation and experience and working knowledge of HR systems.

Skills:
Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken, a practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail and the ability to take responsibility for successfully completing tasks to a high standard.
