What will you do?
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends, by proactive sales, including actively visiting potential companiesclients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing client needs with company objectives.
- Support with group requests, follow-ups, and the database of quotes/clients.
What do we look for?
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector
Academic background in business and/or tourism
Knowledge of the senior and long-stay segments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clients
Ability to work under pressure, with a strong results-oriented focus
Excellent computer skills
Excellent level of English (spoken and written) knowledge of other languages is highly valued
Willingness to travel as needed
