As Contract Management Billing Officer, you will :
Maintain and update databases for contract management and invoicing processes.
Handle contract openings, addendums, novations, and generate pro forma invoices.
Address co-owner inquiries regarding contracts and invoicing matters.
Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with company standards and flight specifics.
Process and record customer payments and transactions.
Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the contract management team as needed.

Diploma in Business Management or Accounting.

3+ years of relevant work experience in contract management.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Fluent in French with good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in MS Excel.
