What You Will Do:
Pre-Production:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions.
- Collaborate on the scriptwriting process to shape compelling and engaging narratives.
- Work closely with the Bricks master, art, and editing teams to refine every visual detail before production."
Production:
- Be responsible for both filming and directing on set, with support from the Bricks master or art department as needed during the filming process
- Film video content that aligns with the overall creative vision, ensuring each shot is crafted precisely.
- Direct stories, whether simple or complex, while collaborating with the production team.
Post-Production:
- Oversee the final stages of post-production, ensuring the final product aligns with your creative direction.
- Collaborate with video editors to bring your vision to life through effective editing, coloring, and sound design.
- Ensure the video content supports the growth and evolution of the company’s brand and channels.
What We Expect:
Full-time availability and a portfolio that showcases your talent, creativity, and previous work
Experience in studio filming (table tops, products, etc.)
Deep understanding of production and post-production processes, formats, and techniques, with proven experience in directing films, commercials, or YouTube content
Experience working with camera operations, lighting techniques, and familiarity with professional production equipment
Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools
Knowledge of current social media trends across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working closely with actors, crew members, and editing teams on set
A passion for creating impactful, viral video content
