About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on Biology.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate practical investigations, data analysis, and critical thinking skills.
- Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their scientific understanding.
- Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives to enhance teaching and learning.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Biology.
- A thorough understanding of the secondary science curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Biology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate female students in science.
- Strong practical skills and experience in laboratory work.
