About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level English Literature and Language.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative expression.
- Assess student progress through essays, presentations, creative writing pieces, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as debating societies, creative writing clubs, and theatre trips.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English, with a strong academic background in the subject.
- Extensive experience teaching English at the secondary level, including GCSE and A-Level.
- A deep understanding of English literature and language, and the ability to inspire a love of the subject in students.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
