Your Tasks
- 📞 Answer customer questions via phone, chat, email, and social media
- 🔐 Help with account setup, login issues, and verifications
- 💸 Support with payments and account details
- ⚙️ Solve technical problems and guide users through the platform
- 🏟️ Be a helpful expert in the sports and gaming world
- 💬 Respond quickly and kindly to all inquiries and complaints
- 🤝 Build trust with customers through friendly communication
- 📝 Share ideas to improve how we work
What We’re Looking For
- ✔️ Proficiency in Flemish, both written and spoken
- ✔️ English (B2 level)
- ⚽ Passion for sports
- 💻 Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- 🧠 Quick learner with tech skills
- 🗣️ Clear communicator who explains things simply
- 📅 6+ months of experience in customer service (same job)
- 🤗 Positive attitude and a team player
- ⌛ Willing to work rotating shifts
