Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries for a top retail client, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Provide accurate and thorough information by using the right tools, resources, and established protocols.
- Occasionally suggest additional products or services to current customers based on their preferences and needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native English speaker (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in using computer systems and common software applications.
- Exhibits professionalism, a positive mindset, and eagerness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Available to work regular overnight shifts.
